Customer support, technical assistance, and ongoing maintenance for all digital solutions.
Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
- Project Deposits: 50% upfront for projects over $1,000
- Milestone Payments: Payment due upon completion of agreed milestones
- Final Payment: Remaining balance due upon project completion and client approval

Client Responsibilities
Content & Materials
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and materials required for project completion. Delays in content delivery may affect project timelines.
Feedback & Approval
Timely feedback and approval are essential for project success. We require written approval for all major project milestones before proceeding to the next phase.
Domain & Hosting
Clients must provide access to domain registrar and hosting accounts, or purchase hosting through our recommended providers for optimal performance.
Intellectual Property
Client Ownership
Upon full payment, clients own all custom work created specifically for their project, including custom code, designs, and content.
Third-Party Assets
Clients are responsible for licensing any third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) used in their projects. We can assist with recommendations.
Portfolio Usage
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Limitations & Disclaimers
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability due to factors beyond our control.
SEO Results
SEO results vary based on industry, competition, and market conditions. We cannot guarantee specific ranking improvements or timelines.
Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the performance or reliability of third-party services, platforms, or APIs used in your projects.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. In case of termination:
- Payment is due for all completed work up to the termination date
- Clients receive all work completed up to that point
- Ongoing support services will cease after the notice period
