Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Amzetix's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Web Development
Custom website design, development, and maintenance — Ecommerce, Blog, Portfolio, Business, Landing Pages, Educational, and Personal websites across Basic, Pro, and Platinum tiers.
App Development
Cross-platform mobile app development for iOS and Android using React Native, Flutter, and native development. Includes UI/UX design, backend integration, and app store submission.
SEO Optimization
Comprehensive On-Page and Off-Page SEO services including keyword research, technical audits, content optimization, link building, and performance monitoring.
Graphic Design
Professional Packaging Design, Motion Graphics, Brand Design, and Print Design services across all pricing tiers.
E-commerce Platforms
Specialized solutions for WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, and BigCommerce including store setup, theme customization, and payment gateway integration.
Additional Services
Email Marketing, Support Services, Custom Development, Video Production, Content Writing, and Software Development solutions.
Payment Terms
Service Payment Schedule
- Project Deposits: 50% upfront payment required for all service projects. For projects over $1,000, deposit is mandatory before work begins.
- Milestone Payments: Payment due upon completion of agreed milestones.
- Final Payment: Remaining balance due upon project completion and client approval.
- Recurring Services: Monthly SEO and support services are billed monthly in advance.
Payment Methods & Gateway
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
Client Responsibilities
Content & Materials
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and materials. Delays in content delivery may affect project timelines.
Feedback & Approval
Timely feedback and approval are essential. We require written approval for all major project milestones before proceeding to the next phase.
Domain & Hosting
Clients must provide access to domain registrar and hosting accounts, or purchase hosting through our recommended providers.
Intellectual Property
Client Ownership
Upon full payment, clients own all custom work created specifically for their project, including custom code, designs, and content.
Third-Party Assets
Clients are responsible for licensing any third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) used in their projects.
Portfolio Usage
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitations & Disclaimers
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability due to factors beyond our control.
SEO Results
SEO results vary based on industry, competition, and market conditions. We cannot guarantee specific ranking improvements or timelines.
Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the performance or reliability of third-party services, platforms, or APIs used in your projects.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. In case of termination:
- Payment is due for all completed work up to the termination date
- Clients receive all work completed up to that point
- Ongoing support services will cease after the notice period
